Egoistic...

I really need to let go of my ego. It still haunts me to this day. The difference between the past and the present is really vast, it seems like 2 timelines have passed in between. I am just failing to relive the golden era. Currently living in the shell of his former self.

Genomics UT and I'm really having trouble catching up on a topic which I did not come for. Like I would know...hahaha!

And I've been coming home late these few days; sometimes just enough to catch Patchy the Pirate. But on a good note, tomorrow I'll be going off early. If not for UT that is.... I really need my sleep man....

Network problems...

My modem has been giving problems since the past 2 months. It keeps disconnecting itself ocassionally. Not that I mind as it'll just reconnect itself after a few minutes. But today it has reached a new boiling point.

1st, when it cuts, it disrupts my downloads. And thus I have to restart again! But I thought I can just continue downloading the next day (hoping for a better tomorrow)

2nd, and uhh...lastly, I was Wi-Fi battling and I lost. The moment I lost, the connection had to pick the right time to disconnect itself. I immediately apologised to the guy (whom I lost to) and told him of the problem, but he said I was just making excuses to cover myself as a sore loser. So my name was marked, and I don't blame the guy for banning me from his list. I accepted all loss and damages. But I'm fuming mad with my connection!!!! Seriously, d/c every 30 minutes? The hell???

One week up...

Tuesday was Labour Day. Wednesday could have been an extended holiday, but FYP's lab calls. At least we got off at 1630.

Thursday couldn't be bothered to come to school. So I strayed off to buy my earpieces. And went roaming to the far east, which made me uttered 'should have stayed home and sleep'

Today was Proteomics. Barely 4 teams turned up. And I thought this class is hardworking. Blessing in disguise I guess.

And now in lab. Time check: 1940. All-time record. *pause*

OK, now it's 2058. And I'm still in school! Finished lab 1/2 hr ago. And decided to stay here until 2200. Wow, 3rd week and it seems like forever. Should have brought my DS along; would have been a nice change to my gaming atmosphere =/...

Speaking of which, Pokemon Diamond rocks! The only thing that satisfies me in this game is WiFi. I can now battle, trade, and create my own fantasy leagues. And this morning, I've got Steelix! A rare Pokemon to get hold of in previous games! Gotta catch 'em all!

I've heard Doraemon and MMPR ringtones lately. Nostalgic reasons I must say. glad we have the same thinking. If I was to use them few years back, I'll be sadly humiliated by my childishness. Too bad, as we grew older, we're starting to realize the phrase: Dare To Be Different. There's always a young one in us. Pity I couldn't act with a gay gimmick earlier; I would have been more popular =D
